1. About these terms

2. Wellness only, not medical advice

Qira is a wellness app, not a medical device. It offers general wellness information based on Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts and camera-based estimates, for self-reflection. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or other qualified health professional. Never ignore professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in Qira. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Camera readings (such as heart rate, HRV, breathing and stress) are estimates and can be affected by light, movement and other factors. Qira does not measure blood pressure, blood oxygen or temperature.

3. Who can use Qira

You must be at least [16] years old, or the age of digital consent where you live. Talk to a doctor before following suggestions if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication or have food allergies.

4. Your account and content

You are responsible for the photos and information you provide and for keeping your device secure. Please don't upload photos of other people without their permission.

5. Subscriptions and free trials

• Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: Yearly ($49.99, with a 14-day free trial), 6 months ($44.99) or Monthly ($12.99), in US dollars. Local prices may differ.
• Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to your store account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If you cancel during the free trial, you won't be charged.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, scraping, overloading our servers, bypassing limits or using Qira to harm others.

7. AI-generated content

Parts of your reading, plan, meal reports and coach replies are generated by AI. They may be incomplete or wrong. Use your own judgment and check with a professional before making health decisions.

8. Intellectual property

Qira, Pip and all app content belong to [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME] or its licensors. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
